內(nèi)容摘要:
An accurate and efficient numerical method has been proposed for nonlinear degenerate two points boundary value problem. The scheme combines Puiseux series asymptotic technique with augmented fourth order compact finite volume method for the problem. Error estimates in different norms are obtained. Numerical examples confirm the theoretical analysis and efficiency of the method. We also apply this method for solving degenerate interface and control problems, numerical experiments show that the method works well for solving those problems. In particular, our approach can be extended to the cases of coefficient blow-up, time-dependent problem and 2D problem.
主講人介紹:
張志躍,南京師范大學(xué)數(shù)學(xué)科學(xué)學(xué)院教授,博士生導(dǎo)師。2001年畢業(yè)于山東大學(xué)數(shù)學(xué)與系統(tǒng)科學(xué)學(xué)院計(jì)算數(shù)學(xué)專(zhuān)業(yè),師從袁益讓教授獲理學(xué)博士學(xué)位。2002年至2004年曾在中國(guó)科學(xué)院大氣物理研究所師從穆穆院士進(jìn)行博士后研究工作。2006年、2007年、2009年和2015年分別赴英國(guó)University of Sussex,美國(guó)North Carolina State University、University of Washington和North Carolina State University進(jìn)行學(xué)術(shù)訪(fǎng)問(wèn)。應(yīng)邀訪(fǎng)問(wèn)阿曼Sultan Qaboos University數(shù)學(xué)與統(tǒng)計(jì)系,加拿大York University數(shù)學(xué)與統(tǒng)計(jì)系,臺(tái)灣交通大學(xué)數(shù)學(xué)建模與科學(xué)計(jì)算中心,靜宜大學(xué)財(cái)務(wù)與計(jì)算數(shù)學(xué)系,新加坡National University of Singapore數(shù)學(xué)科學(xué)研究所,韓國(guó)Konkuk University和Inha University數(shù)學(xué)系,在第八屆世界華人數(shù)學(xué)家大會(huì)做45分鐘邀請(qǐng)報(bào)告,發(fā)表學(xué)術(shù)論文六十余篇。目前主要的研究興趣為偏微分方程數(shù)值解、PDE約束的最優(yōu)控制問(wèn)題、數(shù)值天氣預(yù)報(bào)和計(jì)算流體動(dòng)力學(xué)。
